Solar Sales Adminstrator

We have recently opened our Champaign Illinois facility and are seeking an Solar Sales Administrator to support our Illinois Sales Team.

The Solar Sales Administrator will perform a wide range of sales related administrative organizational activities for Harvest Solar. The Solar Sales Administrator is also a brand ambassador and often a customer-facing role. This position requires resilience, people skills, self‐motivation, accurately following protocol, and teamwork to be successful. The position is an in-person role located at our new facility in Champaign, Illinois. The salary range is $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 commensurate with related knowledge, skills and experience

Major Responsibilities of Position

· SREC Program Manager

· Creating Disclosure and Site Control Forms

· Administrator for Company software tools (HubSpot/QuickBase/Aurora/etc.)

· IT related tasks (both hardware and software): Liaison to IT contractors, new user set-up

· Setting of “Closed-Won” States in CRM upon accounting release

· Managing legacy land lease agreements

· Implementing engineering templates and workflows to improve departmental efficiency (PV CAD, QuickBase, etc.,)

· Managing and analyzing existing customer monitoring systems daily

· Troubleshooting customer inquiries regarding monitoring in collaboration with service department

· Analyzing commercial internal load data coupled with finance models to recommend system sizes and solutions

· Primary point of contact for building internal software tools and workflows

· Develop O&M cash flow model in collaboration with Sales department

· Cross-training with Design Engineers for basic PV design work

· Assisting with proposal generation as needed

· Assisting with As-Designed documentation as needed

· As needed market/product research per executive team’s instruction

· Assistance compiling training materials for other departments

· Researching new potential product offerings

· Continuing education to pursue NABCEP or other disciplinary certifications

· All other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
