Riggs Beer Company, a Midwest-based brewery specializing in lagers and wheat beers, has always focused on sustainability. As a leading grain-to-glass brewer, they integrate grains grown on their family farm into their beer production.
Recognizing the energy demands of brewing, Riggs Beer Company partnered with Harvest Solar to adopt renewable energy. Today, their operations are powered 100% by solar, making them Illinois’s only fully solar-powered brewery and home to the state’s largest brewery solar panel array.
This investment has shielded the brewery from rising electrical costs and reinforced their commitment to environmentally responsible brewing. By working with Harvest Solar, Riggs Beer Company seamlessly implemented a solution that aligns with their values and supports their future.
