Robert Miller is the Vice President of Operations for Harvest Solar. Robert is responsible for all Safety, employee training, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and construction for the company. Robert brings with him over 35 years of manufacturing management experience in stamping, welding, tube bending, machining and tooling. With the ongoing focus of streamlined improvement, Robert strategically eliminates waste and reduces cost while improving safety and enhancing productivity. The continuous improvements that the Operations group implement to the production and construction teams yield an excelled quality install and customer experience. These efforts create the Harvest Solar advantage where commitment, care, and exceeding expectations are the fundamental root to quality and delivery.
