Director of Construction

We are seeking a Director of Construction to provide management and oversight to the electrical and construction program. The Director of Construction leads the construction department towards execution of a strategic plan that’s related to solar construction. The position establishes priorities and determines resource allocation for the effective and efficient delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical drawings for solar PV projects considering geography, physical layouts, solar racking type, solar panel and inverter type, interconnection phase/voltage, service size, electrical design, project constraints, project goals, and relevant codes.

Journey Worker Electrician

We are seeking Licensed Journey Worker Electricians to install solar photovoltaic (PV) installations. The Journey Worker Electrician will work side by side with the Master Electrician and other crew members to install all photovoltaic system components, while completing the installation of a fully functional PV system. This position will also support associates within the apprentice program through hands-on coaching and committee work. The overall goal is to work with field personnel to achieve completion of the project with the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency, education and conformance to the original plans and specifications.

Solar Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Solar Sales Consultant to work as part of our Sales team in MI. Solar Sales Consultants are responsible for the origination of new business by identifying customer prospects, developing solar energy proposals, and executing all transactions required to consummate a sale and that meet the company sales goals. The position requires direct customer interaction to manage the customer through the entire sales process and beyond ensuring superior customer service and referral opportunities. The position will primarily focus on rural residential, agricultural, and small business opportunities.

Equipment Operator

Equipment operator operates a variety of medium to heavy equipment and trucks used in construction, maintenance and repair activities and performs a variety of tasks associated with the construction of PV array. This position requires resilience, people skills, self‐motivation, persistence, accurately following protocol, and teamwork to be successful. Qualified candidates will be able to multi-task, prioritize, work well with the team, complete tasks efficiently, and be highly organized.

We are seeking an Accounting and Payroll Manager. The role is located at our headquarters in Jackson, Michigan and supports the headquarters and satellite office in Champaign, Illinois. Technical Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) to develop and manage solar project proposals with commercial customers and develop proposals for commercial projects that lead to successful project outcomes for all stakeholders. TSC is responsible for presenting preliminary and formal design, cash flow projections, financing options, project feasibility, communicating effectively with customers, and seeing projects through to full execution. The position will be selling cash, financing, and PPA/lease solar transactions. TSC is required to be a team player and work efficiently within the various departments to hit revenue goals.
